What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information Leaf Property Hub Pvt. Ltd. collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website only. If you engage us for a service, you will receive separate terms covering that engagement.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in an enquiry, listing request or newsletter form.
- Property information you submit. Details, photographs and — if you choose to send them — copies of ownership documents such as a Lalpurja or Napi Naksa.
- Information stored in your own browser. Your saved-properties shortlist and language preference are kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are never transmitted to us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to carry out any service you ask us for.
- To verify property documents at the Malpot and Napi offices where you have asked us to.
- To send listing alerts, if you have asked for them. Every alert includes an unsubscribe option.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your contact details to other agents or developers without your instruction.
Form submissions
Forms on this site are delivered to our team inbox through a third-party form relay service, which processes the submission in order to email it to us. Please do not send passwords, bank details or citizenship numbers through a website form — use WhatsApp or bring them to an office instead.
Documents you send us
Ownership documents you upload are used solely to verify title and are never published on this website. We retain them only as long as the engagement requires, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Third-party content
Some pages embed a map from OpenStreetMap and load fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers will see your IP address in order to serve the content, and their own privacy policies apply to that.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from alerts at any time.
- Clear your saved-properties list from the saved properties page, or by clearing your browser storage.
